try a healthy stirfry with no added oil

maybe with fresh salmon or tuna with lots of garlic.

Brown rice with mushrooms and grilled chicken. Boring as hell, but gets the job done!
I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and weird.

yup  sausages and mash with baked beans followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard- thats a great diet meal.....
need a stella and i need one now !
