Paul, the NSE are not being honest in the way they are trying to push through this massive estate on green belt land so whilst I respect their work, it's the evil undertones of the people trying to hoodwink and hide the planning applications that make these people evil. If they were honest, they would be open about what they are doing.

Malc, Let me say straight off that I do not consider the NSE evil. Not at all. They have my respect for much of the stuff they undertake. But as far as their ‘site redevelopment plans’ are concerned, I consider them over-egged, misleading and detrimental to many people, including the interests of their own residents.
So ‘Yes’ – the photos were in opposition. The flooding was massive. The raw sewerage was unpleasant and unhealthy and 700+ extra folk would obviously not help (further information on the SENSE Website). But now the planning appeal has gone away from the local area, I’m not sure an independent inspector would realise how significant those floods were.
Hence the photo request.

You must have lots in your life - to be reduced to taking pictures of your flooded kitchen. Your house must be a laugh a minute. |

Jill, Hi. That was quick! Thank you for the offer. Sure I can work from a print - just scan 'n' go! Let's wait and see what else turns up on the forum, and then I could well be back in touch. Paul |
