Hi Maria.
I can't enlighten you about the oldest shop in the village but the oldest food must surely be in Bludgens!

Hmmm. This is tricky.
Do you mean the oldest building that was a shop, or the oldest building that is a shop currently, or the oldest business?
|
I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and weird.

I think the school are looking for the oldest shop with the same business.
Thanks for the answers. I will go into the jewelers on saturday to check and of course tell you all the answer.

Well, that probably rules out Barclays, as their building has been rebuilt in recent memory. I would also check Birrings, as that has been a greengrocers for quite a long time.

The fish and chip shop has been there for years I used to get chips from there in the 60's though it was called Colins then (I think) |
