Anyone who, like me, has enjoyed the fare at the two cafes in Amersham which are known as 'The Grocer', will be delighted to learn that 'The Grocer' has now come to Gerrards Cross. 'The Grocer at No 5' is now occupying no 5 Station Road, the premises which used to house the old toy shop.

The Grocer is a great place for breakfast. GX is coming on a treat with lots of new places opening. Shame it appears to be at the expense of CSP

Agreed. If the planning committee are reading, please note that you cannot have too many eateries. These attract shoppers to the village and keep local business folk spending in the village. No more 'cheap jack' shops, please.
