Strange Exchanges

   I've noticed this a few times now.

A group of kids in a car, park on a side road and they sit there... waiting... maybe they have a drink or something to eat (usually then lobbing the rubbish out of the window). Then another car comes up, an exchange takes place very quickly in the road through open windows and then everyone drives off.

I just walked past one of these exchanges on Layters Avenue and I've seen it before on Lovel Road too.

Next time I'll be on the ball and take some car registration details.

Has anyone else seen anything like this around here?

	yes, in leachcroft, but don't expect a police response, far to busy in budgens telling people how policing has improved.

	Note down the reg and tell the police and they ll "make a note of it." Note down the reg call the police and tell them that as well as making an exchange they drove off on their phones, the letters on their number plate seemed space closer than regulation and they were doing at least 2 over the limit, they ll send 3 cars , a van, a helicopter and The Met, Surrey and Herts police will be on stand by to send back up.

	Well at least Thames Valley Police is now aware of it from the forum. Unless members of public tell us about these "exchanges", when they suspect they are happening or if they have seen them, we dont know its happened. Same as if a tree falls in the woods. you wont know its happened unless someone tells you or you see it youself. Please let us know, now i am aware of these ones, i will take appropriate action anf let the suporvisors know so they can target patrols and response team.
