Ever fancied treading the boards? Smearing the greasepaint? Sewing puppets / sofa covers / costumes / fascinating wigs? Hunting charity shops for props? Making great sets with two makitas and four hundred different sized screws? Painting til the pubs close? Playin in a band?? Directing a show???

St Peter Players are one of the friendliest Amdram groups around and have been going for many successful years - they have had a wonderful time creating straight drama, pantos, farce and musicals and everything In between. From Allo Allo to Sleeping Beauty and The Diary of Anne Frank, award winning festival plays to little known silly ones, supporting new writing and more well known authors- SPP does It all...and you're promised some fabulous fun if you come along and join these guys. Though to be honest, it is a lot of commitment'll have a lot o fun!

Rehearsal days are generally mon and thur evenings (8-1030) and then closer to the show, Sundays for rehearsing and perhaps Saturdays for set building and painting. If we're doing a musical there's the odd extra day with the Musical Director if you're a principal...but it's all fitted around you and the M.D...

Come and see the next fun loving production - Anything Goes (July 11,12,13 8pm) at The Chalfont St Peter Community Centre on Gravel office 07928161419 (14/12)

And have a chat to the Front of House and cast afterwards! Wed LOVE to have you...even if you haven't done it before....or want to come back to it.....orareyou with another group and fancy a change...

We also do play readings, play outings locally and in the West End, go for the odd curry and also support other Amdram groups and go and see them!

So...join us! 20 for the year.
