   We would like to advise you that on Saturday 18^th
September we are hosting an event to play tribute to a leader in Scouting who
recently passed away. As part of the celebration of his life there will be a
short sequence of fireworks. Whilst there is no such thing as a truly silent
firework the items being used are of the quieter variety and we expect that for
all but those in the most immediate vicinity of the site you will hear very
little at all. The fireworks are expected to last from 9pm to approximately
9:05pm.

We’d also like to take the opportunity to advise you of the
date of our annual firework display, planned for the 6^th November at
7pm with approximately 20 minutes of fireworks. We will post a further notice
of this event nearer the time.

	Hi Everyone, As in previous years, there will be a Firework event at the camp site on Denham Lane, this year the event will be held on the evening of Sunday 7th November – our gates will open at 6pm and the fireworks themselves will be at 7pm and are planned to last for approximately 20 minutes. We anticipate that there will be increased vehicle traffic to the site from approximately 6pm until 7pm as our visitors arrive and similarly from 7:30pm until approximately 8pm as people depart. It is inevitable that the fireworks will create some noise although we try to avoid fireworks which are gratuitously noisy.
