Engelse broodpudding (Queen of puddings)

Bereidingstijd
33 minuten

ingrediënten (voor 4 personen)
2 grote eieren
120 gr. suiker
15 gr. boter
0.3 l. melk
0.1 l. koffieroom
3 el. frambozenjam
2 el. noten, gemengde, gehakte
4 sneetjes wittebroden, zonder korst

It's Dutch.  Here's a start at translation:
ingredients (for 4 persons)
2 large eggs
120 gr. sugar
15 gr. butter
0.3 l. milk
0.1 l. koffieroom
3 ells raspberry jam
2 ells notes, mixed, chopped                  (I think that means "nuts")
4 small slices wittebroden, without crust (some kind of bread?)
1 tl. orange grater                                   (grated orange peel?)
I think "ells" is a Dutch measure.
But what do I do with it Malc?Confused

Benodigde materialen: een mixer, een ovale ovenvaste schaal met een inhoud van 1,5 liter en een schaaltje.
 
  Bereidingswijze
De schaal kan ook kort onder een heet grillelement gezet worden totdat het eiwit goudbruin is gekleurd. Gebruik dan geen gehakte noten omdat deze te snel zullen verbranden.

De eieren splitsen. Het brood in kleine blokjes snijden.

De eidooiers met de helft van de suiker in een ovalen ovenvaste schaal schuimig roeren, de boter, melk en koffieroom toevoegen en alles onafgedekt 3 tot 4 minuten op vol vermogen verwarmen. Halverwege doorroeren. Het sinaasappelrasp en de blokjes brood door het warme melkmengsel roeren, alles onafgedekt nog 1 minuut op vol vermogen verwarmen en 5 minuten laten staan. De jam in een schaaltje onafgedekt circa 30 seconden op vol vermogen verwarmen tot deze vloeibaar is geworden en de jam gelijkmatig over de broodpap uitstrijken. De eiwitten stijf slaan, de resterende suiker erdoor slaan en het eiwit stijf en glanzend kloppen. Het eiwit over de jam verdelen (tot aan de rand van de schaal), de fijngehakte noten erop strooien en het gerecht onafgedekt 6 tot 8 minuten op driekwart vermogen verwarmen. De pudding direct serveren.
