You’d like to think that somebody would have the sense to suspend parking on Joiners Lane wouldn’t you? Now it’s the A413 alternative. Who the hell is in charge? A monkey?

That requires some joined up thinking and well! Good luck with that! I hope the restaurant wasn't flooded again, is it the same burst water main?

Nope I don't think anyone would have the sense.

Whenever I have phoned the council they have spoken to me like I have asked for an unscheduled launch of the space shuttle or for a return trip to Saturn

Emma, yes it was the same place. The last time it happened, they had been working on it so obviously not a good finish. It was fixed. And went again this time. Total incompetence or as in their case, total incontinence!
