I made a wrong assumption that since the college is closed for summer holidays and no one using the building parking in the layby would be OK. However a Bucks CC penalty notice was put on my car as the bus stops apply all year round not only at term time.
Which is interesting as the college rents it building out for various clubs and those attending park in the same places.
Fully understand why the bus stops were placed there to assist the arrival and departure of the pupils of the school.
But a penalty notice 9.00 am Saturday morning during the holiday when no buses are used.

Its always a bit sh*te to recieve a ticket.

If would be good if TfB paid more attention to sorting the potholes
