Hi, I'm trying to remember the name of the freight railway that was proposed to run up to Liverpool. It would have gone up the Chiltern line through Denham, Gerrard Cross etc.

It was a precursor to HS2 but freight only.

If you can help I'd love to know. It's for something I'm writing.
