Free Film Screening in Chalfont St Peter’s Parish Church Hall, Church Lane on Saturday 6th November at 8pm

Sir David Attenborough asks Are We Changing Planet Earth? A BBC/ Open University production

In this two-part series, Sir David Attenborough presents the evidence linking climate change to human activity, investigates some of the possible scenarios for the future and explores how we may be able to act to prevent a catastrophe. Voted Britain’s most trusted celebrity, Sir David shows how the many species and habitats he has spent over 50 years exploring are at risk, and how millions of humans are also threatened. His warnings about climate change carry even greater weight when his past scepticism on the issue is taken into account.

Change4Chalfont presents monthly film screenings. We aim to work with our community to reduce our impact on climate change and our dependence on fossil fuels.

Wine, coffee, tea, savouries and home-made cake are served.

Part Two of the series Can We Save Planet Earth? will be shown on Friday 10th December.

There will be the opportunity for discussion and workshops following each showing.
