How to put the Indian restaurants in CSP to shame.

Maliks foods was full of flavour, the service was good without being suffocating, and the bill was just about right for a decent meal.

It's easy to get used to a certain standard then try and pick the best from that trio of restaurants in the village, but venture out a bit and you will find that the quality improves and you find a meal that combines flavour with spice and service that is second to none.

It's no wonder that Maliks wins awards, no wonder that you have to book on a Thursday.

At last, a restaurant to equal those in Harrow, and possibly beat them.

I like Maliks too, but Indigo Bar and Grill is even better

I agree, Maliks beats all the local ruby's hands down. Although i'm yet to experience the "Indigo" but look forward to doing soTongue

Incidently how the heck is "Tabla" still open for business???? Evert time i go past the place it's empty! Probaly one of the worst restaurants i have ever had the misfortune of eating inThumbs%20Down

I look forward to Indigo too. I thought it might be a little pricey for a regular Thursday curry, so saving it for a special occasion.

I had a very nice meal in Maliks tonight. Both service and the food was excellent. I shall be going there again. However, I wouldn't quite say it puts the Indian restaurants in CSP to shame as I still really like Tripti too.

They are the only ones to deliver in CSP - that's how!

Went in there for a meal last week and was expecting something better judging by all the reviews, but was left underwhelmed. Service was very good, but the food was much the same as anywhere else I've been. Think Indigo at Tatling End is much better.

I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and weird.

Was going to get a takeaway from Maliks last night but they had a party of 15 or so just arrive so rather than wait I went to Bawarchi - big mistake. Horrible - flavourless and what is it with the cheese sauce instead of paneer! It is impossible to melt paneer but somehow they managed it. Definitely won't be going back
