This works amazingly for fat burning, obviously with exercise andgood diet but it helps so well.
Get a 2 litre bottle of mineral water and put a couple slices of lemon in. Then sip it throughout the day.

Or, drink 1/2 litre of hot water with lemon juice in it, first thing in morning. Clears out toxins and wakes you up

The lemon gives it a kick, is packed with vitamin C, which helps detoxify your system, and overall just seems to give you a kick start that plain water doesn't!

i hear green tea is good for you aswell. Tastes horrible in my opinion though.
