An idea is in the pipeline for the Panto Group revue at Robertswood School to be revived after quite a few years.

This is a STRICTLY OVER 18s event; those who are easily offended, please do not purchase tickets!

Otherwise, please put the dates of 7th and 8th July in your diaries for a seriously rude, raunchy, dodgy, excellent evening out.

Further details to follow..........

No. I am buying the booze and it looks like the Panto group plus odd members of PTA (and there are plenty of odd members) will be manning it.

But rest assured, there WILL be a bar!!!!

What a romantic avatar, HS! Thank you!

What is odd about the panto group? You have loads of prima donnas, appalling singers, men who like to dress up in tights and dresses and wear make-up and they're permanently p*ssed......remarkably like the forum actually!

The adult revue is set to take place on the evenings of 7th and 8th July (time tbc).

Tickets to cost £17.50 each, which pays for a Bucks Fizz when you arrive, 3 course cold meal, the revue and a disco. Bar will be available.

Tables are in groups of 8 so please buy tickets for yourself and some mates!

Any questions, please pm me!

This is good news.  I was involved in the Panto Group for many years in the late 1980s and early 1990s and I was also involved in the first three years of the 'adult' shows back then.  We had a great time and I have many fond memories.  Good luck!

Is the meal supposed to be cold or is the service bad?

Ha-ha! The meal is meant to be cold, comprising such things as poached salmon, salads, quiches, something with pasta or cous-cous plus gateaux type desserts. Something like that anyway - I'm not doing it, so you should be OK!

I rather fancy, had you been doing the dessert. it would have been pretty hot

So are you coming, Beaver? No doubt you know the script writer, then.....same as it was in your days probably! He keeps having babies to stay as a Robertswood parent!

Well it looks like the thought of seeing me in a grass skirt wasn't enought to put off some stalwarts. However, its clear that the idea of seeing me (and 3 other seriously delectable ladies) in black undies, suspenders and fishnet stockings is just too much to be contemplated by the forum crew

Don't blame you really!

There were discos after each of the shows. Suffice to say all went well...Friday was more raucous than Saturday due to there being lots more people. On Friday, 64 bottles of wine were shared amongst 80ish people! and that's on top of the large quantities of beer also downed....

No, but they could use it instead of charcoal at Wexham Park and it should be kept well away from people with hangovers or in the early stages of pregnancy...
