Most of the traders will now have received the information for "Chalfont in the Pink" there will be an article in the Bucks Adv. tomorrow, so I have been promised.

For those of you not in the know, the idea is to raise as much money as possible for Breast Cancer. (No money to the Chamber)

Shop keepers have been asked to dress their windows in pink for the 21st and 22nd October, windows to be judged by the Parish Council and a Bottle of Pink Champagne to the winner, some prizes for the runners up.

Chris Lee has offered his pink roller to park outside my shop, have your photo taken with the car for £3, Rachael White Hart is doing a raffle and others are planning to donate part of their takings for that day. So hopefully we should raise a good sum of money.
