NSE - More Developments?

   Anyone know why this green field / wildlife haven is being converted with hardcore and large fences at the NSE? 
Chalfont Common feels like a giant construction site these days when I walk the dog - HS2, NSE, Newlands and even Rowans was doing some works on their site yesterday.

	I would imagine theyre just doing whatever they want until someone asks - have you sent to the press?
