I'd rather have anything than an empty shop, but I'm not sure another convenience store is required, especially right opposite the Co Op, perhaps they will sell lots of alcohol when the Co Op is not open?!

i just feel for residents in the flats above shops in the market place, - opening hours 6am til 11pm..... so you are going to have cars pulling up late into the evening for a packet of fags and a bottle of vino...... the chances are it will attract those who like to congregate at night too, and we have quite a few convenience stores,  and co op is directly opposite ...do we need another convenience store ?
need a stella and i need one now !

Perhaps now it will be something useful, it's a very god location, but then it could be a men's hairdressers or a nail bar!

I wish them all the best of luck with their venture great to see new businesses coming in, we do have a repair shop already though so I wonder if we'll be able to support two?
