How do you get to see the neighbourhood watch report? Is it possible for a section on here to have a condensed report posted regularly?

It's always handy to know what crimes are being commited other that the usual "driving above 30mph at Gravel Hill".

there is a neighbourhood watch  team at thames valley police who email crime reports and security and police advice out to all the local neighbourhood watch co- odinators

they ( the local co-ordinators) then pass on the information  to  all the local residents/ members of the neighbourhood watch area via word of mouth or they forward the emails to your email address so all local residents are informed....

the big thing malc, is you need to find out if there is a neighbourhood watch area that covers your property, you also need to sign up to it too.... then you will probably get the crime updates !

what they dont want is everyone getting hold of the intelligence or the crime reports....  as it could in theory get into the wrong hands, they are looking for locals who have signed up to the neighbourhood watch scheme to fill in the blanks in the local crime reports...to help the police to catch the rogues !

need a stella and i need one now !

It accounts for about 80% of the crimes reported in the Advertiser each week.

I suppose the daylight robbery comment refers to tax collection via speed cameras?  S'pose!

But 30mph?  Daft!  Frequently flouted on both sides of that speed camera because 30 mph is unnaturally slow there.  It used to be 40mph and that's far more reasonable (IMHO, of course!).  I don't quite see how the council can be quite so out of step with practical reality.
