he's a half wit,
and to answer your question Jill, just because carlos claims to be intelligent does not mean he is, i know alot of 'educated idiots' those that have all sorts of qualifications, exams, and everything else but absolutely no common sense-
there are some who do have qualifications and common sense ( me for example !  )
but there are those who claim to be intelligent and then post stupid posts like our member carlos....
i rest my case....
