Jill,

It's a bug. You need to install Office 2003 Service Pack 1 from the link below (assuming it's ahome PC rather than you having a tech department, who should have installed it).

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9C5 1D3A6-7CB1-4F61-837E-5F938254FC47&displaylang=en

There is a workaround if the above is not an option:

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, change the format of the message to either plain text or Rich Text Format before you print the message. To change the format of a received message:
1. Open the message.
2. On the Format menu, click either Plain Text or Rich Text.

If the message is in HTML format, you must first click Edit message on the Edit menu.

Hi Dan

I have auto update on my PC (it's my office PC I'm concerned about) and I apparently 'have all available Office updates'.

Do you think I should still go back and try to download Office 2003 Service Pack 1??

Can you click on the Help menu then About Microsoft Outlook and let me know what it says there? (Should be something like Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP-1. I only need that line.)

Hi Jill,

I would suggest using the workaround as above, or buy this little program which will print properly from outlook: http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Print-On-Demand.asp
