I went for an early training session this morning at 7, in Acton, and over heard guys in the gym talking about this! Unfortunately most people seem to find it funny and are classing him in the "Wealdstone raider" and "Ronnie Pickering" bracket.

Early training sesh on a Sunday Dave R? That is the difference...
Couldn't get to gym myself in Sunday so did a jog...hill sprints...press ups...sit ups and used my kids swing set for a few pull ups...followed by a bit of heavy bag work... Nothing better than feeling fresh on Sunday morning. Never know when you might need to help out a kebab shop owner in the village these days so best to stay in good nick.

(29/09/18) Thames Valley Police charged a man in connection with an affray
that took place in Flames Restaurant & Take Away, Chalfont St
Peter on 19th July.
