Has to be the worst one I have ever been too, even worse than the one in Amersham. We went there after going to the cinema one afternoon and got served the pizzas before the starters. When we pointed out we hadn't had our garlic bread etc., the waiter implied that it was our fault, because we hadn't expressly requested that we have our starters first. After having a strained conversation with the manager, they agreed to take the pizzas back and served us the starters. We then waited another ten minutes, only to be given the original pizzas back.
They were burned, dry and totally inedible (ugly frisbies Mrs Dorma observed). Not wanting to
have further "discussions" about the quality of service, we left....refusing
to pay for the starters. All of that said, I find Pizza Express to one of the best chain restaraunts I have been too, despite the odd anomolay.
