i was not  aware the closure of the lovel end site was still an option- but it looks like it maybe once again,

i knew there was a proposal to close the middle school and that was still current but losing the lovel end school and nursery i thought was dropped....obviously not

Saw article in the paper, they want another supermarket! Any thoughts? I know I'm biased!

A decent supermarket in CSP is a good idea. It could really lift the centre of the village/town (or whatever we are calling it these days ) On the whole this plan seems much more acceptable.

On reflection, I only say that because I've been de-sensitised by the atrocious first plans. I would have preferred a dog turd incineration plant rather than the first proposal.

no need for a supermarket in chalfont, we have tescos in GX and budgens when they get their act together, it's just not needed.
the school is and sports ground, that's all i'm going for.

stop HS2.

Maybe Budgens is moving to the new superstore site and they are developing the existing supermarket site. If not they are long gone - still shouldn't have sat around doing nothing with their captive market for 30 years.
