I've explained earlier being large isn't always about
over eating, and I'll explain it to you. I have an
endochrine disorder
which means my body stores onto every scrap of
food I eat and converts it into fat. I don't eat fatty
foods, I'm a strict vegetarian, I rarely drink, I don't
drink fizzy drinks etc and I exercise every day, eat
eight portions of fruit and veg a day (as
recommended by a nuitritionist) but I'm still a large
person because of my condition. If I eat less the
problem becomes even worse as my body goes into
starvation mode and clings onto food even more, so
I have to do all I can to strike a balance. However, I've
been put on a new medication within the last seven
days which will counteract it.
I know I've said all of this before, but it was earlier in
the thread and this comment needed addressing
again.
There are people who have compulsive eating
disorders, links missing in their brain which tell
them when they are full, as well as people with
psychological problems which result in over eating
the same way as they can result in anorexia.
