	the best thing to do is add a good knob of butter and some pepper then mic for 3 mins lovely and creamy.

	I was taught to cook curried beans properly by a Punjabi friend of mine. Fry a chopped onion in butter until golden, add a tablespoon of curry power and lightly cook, then add half a tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of baked beans and heat through. Garnish with chopped corriander, and serve with roti (chapatis). Scrummy! Edited by Susie
