I'm disliked becaused I enjoy mature cheddar ?
It seems a bit harsh to me but then I suppose some people are passionate about their cheeses.

anything that smells like goats cheese or has blue veins in it is off my list , i like mature ched or port salut or a nice creamy brie.

stilton is nice but it smells like my socks after a double shift.
last summer i put a hid a bit in a guys car,well hidden, at work who i did not like,nice hot spell,never heard anyone moan like that before...

Canadian cheddar, a strong tangy bite to it, wonderful on fresh crusty
bread & Marks & Spencer Apple & Currant Chutney.
Extra mature Stilton, ditto the above.
St Agur, ditto the above

Goats cheese on toast, lightly grilled, with a touch of cinnamon on the top !
