It seems to me that either crime reporting has increased, or are more crimes are actually being committed in the Chalfont area? The latest edition of the Bucks Ad was choc full of what seems to be a local crime wave!

Oh, and what was the problem with the Chesham Sunday League report that meant it didn't get published?

I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and weird.

We are reliant on local contacts and the police to
inform us of crimes.

We do our very best to ensure we give full coverage
to all news good and bad in the area.

The Chesham Sunday League report was not
submitted by the organisers this week.

I extrapolate from that then that crime is probably on the increase in the local area. A lot of them seem to be either theft or vandalism, so-called low-level crimes. I just wondered if it was me thinking this but the reports each week seem to support this.

I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and weird.

National statistics show that violent and street crime is increasing all over.

Not to mention a few armed robberies locally.
