We went to cliveden today and I had braised coffee duck, literally they just braised in in a couple of cups of coffee it was delious, one I am going to try at home.

there are so many horror stories all the time if we listened to everything we read or heard we would all be vegetarians, the food chain is there becuse it is needed, I agree appauling conditions but I bet you buy cheap clothes that are made from sweat shops. I am not having a go but somewhere along the lines we are all guilty. I donate to charities and do the best I can, but there will always be the monsters and people out there who will make a quick buck out of anyone or anything.
