   really nice snack - if anyone still has breville type thing..

do your usual butter spreading ( for outside).

spread good quality jam to what will be the base of your sandwich

grate an apple onto this jam ( I prefer red delic.).

Close over your now complete sandwich and close the lid .

I swear this is so simple and absolutely wonderful.
