It has opened, but still exercise caution. There are some interesting patches of ...er... 'silt' giving off a fragrant atmosphere. I presume workers were too exhausted after leaning on so many shovels to clear up effluent, and will leave it for us to spread around the area via the medium of our shoes.

The is the same Dame Cheryl Gillan who voted AGAINST giving kids who needed it free school meals in holidays, voted AGAINST the NHS getting a payrise, voted AGAINST any form of regulation for buildings in the wake of of Grenfell Tower - with all this in mind I dont think she could give 2 s**** about any of the roads being flooded.

Nope. The barriers could be moved atm but they are up as is a road closed sign.
