This sounds like a great idea - good luck. Do you have a website where I can browse the options? Thank you.

Thank you and yes very time consuming. We do not make in bulk and freeze, we make to order. Anyone who has eaten a homemade samosa or pakora will know how much tastier they are than mass produced/shop bought.
Thanks again. Jay

I learned to make samosas, pakoras etc. when living in India and Pakistan. It is very time consuming and labour intensive and involves having a regularly replenished stock of spices etc. I certainly wouldn't sell samosas etc. for any less than Jay does. Home made beats factory mass produced food hands down. Good luck, Jay.

No offence taken what so ever. I am looking for a small shop or unit in CSP but figures not adding up as yet so working from home for now and have provided snacks to families in CSP, GX, Beaconsfield & Seer Green so far. The problem with going to places like Southall & Hounslow is the time it takes and not to mention finding parking but I guess if your going there specifically to eat then its a nice evening out. We really are focusing on catering for people who are having small gatherings at home and dont want to spending an hour or 2 driving around collecting food.
Based in CSP. Thanks Jay
