We are new to Chalfont St Peter and, as I’ve said in other posts, love living here, My husband receives magazines on subscription which are currently going straight to recycling, plus some others he buys. Is there an organisation or charity which could make use of them? We wondered about the doctor’s surgery for example. He could drop them off each month. Titles include Top Gear, EVO, Car, Total Film, Empire on subscription plus others bought.

All those would be perfect for the Doctors surgery.

I did wonder if the Youth Club might be more of the target market?

Hi, Nikblik
We could make very good use of them at the library - we are completely reliant on donations to keep our magazine lending service going. We keep them on our shelves for 3 months, and customers can borrow them for a week at a time. If they still look good after the 3 months, they then go to various waiting rooms. These are well recycled magazines! |
