I still think the hot desking I suggested earlier should be explored.  You could even 'hot kitchen' where you just turn up at some poor blokes house and use his cooker and toaster

My real point I guess is that if the powers that be don't start thinking out of the box and proactively plan for the future to reduce local demand then where are the next 200 houses going to be built in CSP (sooner rather than later I suspect) and then the 200 after them...
