Yes, you have to wonder if CDC's planners had some inkling of this.
But we are not against new houses in CSP - just against so many, so densley, and so poorly thought through in terms of infrastucture and local amenities. They should be more fairly spread across the (Chiltern) district.
As for the Catholic Church - well the land owners claim to be a charity and claim they are thus duty bound to maximise revenue. Yeah, right - when serious money is involved it's sad but not surprising how people hide behind excuses such as "my hands are tied"" ....
The fight goes on though.
