So what are your conclusions Dave-R?
I have never understood any perceived need for supplements. Surely food should provide all the necessary nutrients and the human race has survived pretty well before supplements came on to the market.

If working out either to lose weight, build up or get fit certain supplements can help big time, multi vitamin is essential, and glutamine is a must to help recover from exercise. All the other stuff is IMO not essential but not to say its not a help

I take multi vitamin first thing, cod liver oil with lunch, Arginine before going to the gym, amino acids and glutamine after the gym.
