had a takeaway from chung ying last night....

 

 my wife decided to go and try the thai green curry from there.... man alive you need to be game to tackle that one....make a harry mirchi from tabla like having an ice pop !

 

 its not for the faint hearted, its also not like any thai food i have ever had !

need a stella and i need one now !

try the thai curry if you want warming up !- you wont be cold for a week

I am guessing it wasn't supposed to be that hot. Probably put too many chillies in.

big slices of both red and green chillies in it, no sign of lemon grass or coconut milk though.....

if you like very hot and fiery food then try it, i reckon after a skin full or if you have a heavy cold this must be awesome for clearing the head...

 

 my personal opinion was it was too fiery -so much so you could not taste the flavour of the chicken- you could have been chewing anything, you - just got a sense of heat !

Really fancy getting a chinese this evening now! Will make the home made samosas and keep them in the fridge for tomorrow!
I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and weird.

Am not tempted by anything from the chung ying, the raw beef I got from there a couple of months ago has put me off for life
