i am sure that the red head girl in the third phtograph is me it looks like me from the back and i dont remember anyone else with bright red hair like mine lol

I think my parents have some photos from 80-85 when me and my sister were there - i'll check next time I visit - recognise one of the people in the top photo...

I think the Adstock fete was a wonderful event. I always remember it being
packed. I also remember getting out of loads of lessons having to practice for our performances! One time we did perly kings and queens kind of thing (I think it would have been 1976 or 1977) I still remember the old songs as a result. You know "my old man said follow the van and dont dilly dally on the way" "Knees up Mother Brown" "Lambeth Walk" Classics! It was such a shame that they tore that place down as I think it generated a lot of excitement for kids at the Middle School. Oh well, progress....I would imagine the people living in those terraced houses like it though, good location! |

When I did Adstock it was late 60's. I will try and find some photos Its a big shame the houses and gardens have gong

i was wondering does anyone else have any pictures from around this time? as i would love to see if i am in any of them :), as i dont have any piccys of me as a kid from that time i remember doing a production of mary poppins , i would love to see any piccys or any class piccys i was born in 1977 so not sure what year i was when i left i left when i was 8 maybe 9 let me know thanks
