just look at this reply been busy, and yes i had a little trouble that night. I made plum and apricot smoothy today then the remainder i froze in the little lollipop plastic containers and the children really enjoyed and it was healthy.

i still say the best pudding is ruburb crumble or apple crumble, but i don't know how to make the crumble, so i keep asking my mum

equal amount of flour sugar and margrine/butter just rub together till crumbs appear just add more flour if needed easy, or if this is to difficult bugens sell it in bags labelled crumble mix

thanks for that Helen i will print the page off, because i am fed up of the kids a round here saying"whats in the bag" when i come home from my mums and i have to say Apple Crumble ect. but as for pre-packed food i try not to touch it, nor microwave food, for the reason's Hissing sid has said, i prefer to cook my own food fresh and be healthy-ish
