we have sometimes a snack in evenings but  i can not find out it proper name please .
Do you call it roast cheese or toasted cheese here.:)

sorry -i'll come clean ( basically because I can't keep up the sorry excuse for pretend language).
I would really like to know what the general perception of this is though.- toasted or roasted.
Welsh rarebit - although wonderful- is a bechemel .
What do most people refer to this dish as?

Hello Findo . Nice website . I prefer to say "toasted" but "roasted" is fine with me. Either way the TAMPons  will try to make "toast" of me eh?
