Cauliflower soup is one of my favs, very easy to make.

sweat one onion in butter, add 1 chopped up leak and 1 potatoe, 1pint of of water or veg stock then add cauilflower, simmer till soft then blenderise it add salt and pepper to taste, then add 1pt of cream delious.

Silly question, do you blenderise when the soup is hot or let it cool down and reheat?

when its hot just make sure it does not splash on you as can cause a burn, god your all idiots
