Just received this note in my email about the Parish Council Annual Meeting which is this Wednesday. Last year I attended and was extremely informative, sadly cannot make it this year. Here are the details:
Chalfont St Peter Parish Council Annual Public Meeting 15 May at 7.30pm CSP Annual Parish Meeting: Chance to make a difference and be better informed All residents of Chalfont St Peter are invited to attend the Annual Parish Meeting on Wednesday May 15, to be held at 7.30 in the Parish Council offices. This is an ideal opportunity to meet your parish council representatives, to hear the work they have been doing tirelessly on your behalf over the last year, to ask questions and to make comments on village issues that concern you. There will also be an opportunity for brief feedback on – • the Holy Convent judicial review update and way forward • the new waste collection system soon to be introduced by BCC • our soon-to-initiated Woodlands and Commons Management plan Over coffee or a glass of wine, villagers will also be able to chat informally to representatives from the District council, the County Council, our own Parish Council and our local community police officers. Please submit any specific questions you may have that you would like the parish council to consider to the Clerk on clerk@chalfontstpeter-pc.gov.uk, or by telephone on 01753 891582 (please submit questions at least 48 hours before the meeting). Please come along to hear what is going on in your village and to make your voice heard. We look forward to seeing you there! |
