Ok. How about this.

It is February, It is SNOWING. As I am typing this Council Gardening Contractors are CUTTING THE GRASS outside my place!!!!!!!!!

The gardening department maybe have not talked to the planning department.

grass seldom grows in the witer, they are probably cutting weeds and winter grass, not to be confused with summer grass.....

I can just see the council comming along and rolling up the Winter grass and replacing it with summer type grass. You may change your lawns in OZ but we tend to stick with the same lot all the time!

I know the bloke that used to work for council and i have seen the new one when walking with the dogs. I think he thinks he is Sterling Moss as he charges round. You thought the skid marks were from the yobs, now you know.
