That's a bit harsh. I have read and from looking at her would agree, she has a small pelvis and can't give birth naturally.

Unfortunately that is not true. You can only have 3 caesarians in the same place. After that they make the incision on the other side

to be fair i expect she did go for the c section because for her its the ' only ' option,
but for those of us who are mere ordinary mortals C sections are not the easy option- some are carried out for medical reasons plus having your abdomen cut open, severing tummy muscles and having major invasive surgery is not easy....the risk of major infection, or even MRSA plus not being able to lift anything, not being able to drive for 6 weeks or just getting in and out of bed or the bath or on or off the loo is painful- its not the easy option......
