Chalfont Dene will be holding a Christmas Fair on Monday 4th
December
Audley Chalfont Dene, the luxury Audley retirement village in Chalfont St Peter, will host its annual Christmas Fair on Monday 4th December. Held in the magnificent Chalfont House, the fair will see owners and members of the local community alike getting into the festive spirit. From 4 until 8pm, visitors will be able to make an early start on their Christmas shopping. The stalls appearing at the fair will be selling a range of handmade or locally produced gifts from jewellery, sloe gin and Christmas cards to jams, wooden crafts, landscape prints and more. In addition, Chalfont Dene’s Bodhi Tree Spa will be on hand to give a range of taster treatments and members of Audley Care will be attending to offer winter health advice. The Chalfont Dene team will be treating guests to complimentary mulled wine while they browse the stalls. As if this wasn’t enough to help everyone get into the Christmas spirit, there will also be Christmas carols from local chorus Amersham A Cappella. Originally formed some 35 years ago, the choir is a fun, dynamic, multi award-winning ladies chorus with members spanning ages 20 to 60. They have just returned from the European Barbershop Convention where they won a silver medal. Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley said: The Christmas Fair is a great opportunity for our owners, their friends and families and members of the local community to spend an afternoon in the beautiful surroundings at Audley Chalfont Dene. We look forward to welcoming everyone on December 4th when visitors will be able to see the village at its best while enjoying a touch of Christmas shopping.” Audley Chalfont Dene is home to 84
luxury properties as well as the Audley Club, situated in Chalfont House, all
of which have been developed to reflect the traditional Arts and Crafts
character of the Chilterns. Since opening in May 2016, the village has proved
extremely popular, with over 95% of the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and
cottages already sold. - Ends – For more information contact Kate
