Message sent by Jonathan Chainey (Police, Communications Support Assistant, Thames Valley) We are appealing for information after a burglary non-dwelling in Maltmans Lane, Chalfont St Peter. At 7:35am on Saturday 29 July the victim discovered an offender had forced entry into an unoccupied building and then fallen asleep. Once disturbed the offender exited the property running across fields to escape. The offender is a white man in his mid-twenties, 5ft tall, of medium build, clean shaven with short dark hair. He was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. The offender stole keys to a mobile milk pasteurizer. As a result of the burglary there was an increased police presence in the area on the morning of 29/7, including the police helicopter, while officers searched for the offender.
