Three men have pleaded guilty to a burglary in Chartridge Lane, Chesham on 27 April 2010.
Kane Saunders, aged 18, of no fixed abode, Sam King, aged 19, of Bank Street, High Wycombe, and a 17-year-old from Denham, were arrested on 27 April 2010 on suspicion of burglary.
All three pleaded guilty on 29 April 2010 at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court and will be sentenced on a date to be fixed.
In addition to the burglary charge, Kane Saunders was charged with committing another burglary in Chalfont St Peter and taking a vehicle without consent in Stoke Poges in April. He was remanded in custody and is awaiting sentence at Aylesbury Crown Court.
The 17-year-old was also charged with handling goods stolen from two burglaries in the Chalfont area. He also pleaded guilty and will be sentenced at Aylesbury Youth Court on a date to be arranged.
Det Sgt Liz Tait, from Amersham CID, said: “We are very pleased with the result and this hopefully sends a message to any individual that has committed a burglary or is thinking about doing so. You will be caught and we will put you before the courts. We are fully committed as a team to investigating burglary offences and identifying and prosecuting the offenders”.
