To be fair that was the previous owner and about 2 years ago.

I am not happy about some of the things I see in Dominos, never mind the kitchens at the back of restaurants.

well i know a local tradesman who does work on equipment in the kitchen in tripti, he says it very very clean and of a high standard.

I must say I wasn't very happy when I saw things going in a bin and then items handled at Dominos. Admittedly when they started making pizzas they washed their hands. But there was room for contamination.

As for Miltons, I thought it was quite clear it referred to the previous owner. When I read it I thought.. what again, because I remembered it coming up two years ago. Just looks like he got his fine after being caught.
