The entrance to Chalfont Park.  I think these pillars are still visible along Lower Road, hidden in the undergrowth just off the road.

The High Street with the Carpenters Arms clearly visible, also the White Hart and probably the Bakers Arms (Poachers / Phoenix) looking towards Lower Road. Postmarked 1914.
