here something a bit different for this.

you will need 4 sweet potatoes,60 grams red lentils,corrander leaves,not stems.

first peel and cut your pots up and steam,not boil.

soak your lentils for at least 2 hours then cook in water until soft,DO NOT ADD SALT TO THEM. drain well and set aside.

when your pots are well cooked, mash them,mash your lentils and add to the potatos, mix in well but do not let the mix go to sloppy.

cool down to room temperture and then add lots of fine chopped corrander,and season.

if mix seems a bit lose add some flour.stick in fridge for 1 hour.

next,flour lightly a clean surface.shape your mix into a sausage shape and wrap up tightly.

stick in the frezer for a further hour.

take out and cut in even sections, reshape into cylinder shapes,flour,eggwash,and breadcrumb them and deep fry.

or fry in a little oil in a shallow pan and stick them in the oven.

yummy...............

it may seem like a long process,but can be done in stages.
